i would like to know more about corporate manslaughter in other jurisdiction, if there is any discussion about this line. I know thata in Lousiana US they are discussin. I also know tahta in UK, Hong Kong and Scotland they already have this concept in their law. I am doing a research about this and i woul appreciate if you could help me.
